WSI Course Registration Instructions and Form
To register for the WSI Course, print and mail the registration form (link below) along with either full payment or a $100 deposit. Please be sure to follow the registration instructions carefully (instructions listed on form). A registration confirmation will be sent by email once the form is received and processed. Please allow 2 business days for all forms mailed within the Charlotte area.
